Mr. Meiners has an extensive background in method development specializing in pharmaceuticals. He has 23 years of industrial hygiene chemistry experience. Mr. Meiners was a committee member of SMEPAC, a multi-disciplinary group that developed procedures for evaluation of containment control for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The product of this working group was published in 2005 by ISPE as a Good Practice Guide.

Thomas Oberstar Administrator, Laboratory Data Systems B.S. Chemistry, University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana
Mr. Oberstar has 30 years of industrial hygiene chemistry experience and has focused his talents on LIMS development. He planned and implemented the customization of the Hewlett Packard ChemLMS toolkit using Oracle software. These programs were designed to meet GALP, the needs of the laboratory, and Bureau Veritas clients.
