To address these specific needs, the Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST Forum) developed the standard TL9000. Based on the internationally recognized standard for quality management, ISO 9001:2000, TL9000 adds requirements to help telecommunications companies continually improve their customer service, establish uniform performance and cost-based measurements, and increase competitiveness throughout the industry.

    Bureau Veritas Certification is a liaison member of the QuEST Forum and contributed to TL9000’s creation.  Bureau Veritas Certification is also accredited by the Registrars Accreditation Board of USA (RAB) to conduct global TL9000 audits.
