Energy Strategy, Audits and Energy Efficiency Assessment
Energy Strategy delivery provides clients with identification of existing business performance and an initial focus on a potential way forward. Clients often require strategic direction in understanding their current business position with regard to Energy and to provide a coherent route map to mitigating future increased costs and carbon reduction target compliance.
 
Energy Audits provide our clients with a prioritized list of actionable and costed recommendation’s that help improve the energy efficiency of their buildings and operational processes. We assess the performance of all major energy consuming services in the building (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, lighting, IT equipment, water) through intrusive site and plant inspections, the analysis of energy bills, information from available Building Management Systems (BMS) and data logging. We specifically identify low performing assets with regard to operational and energy efficiency performance, and review against current ASHRAE and other compliance standards.
 

For all recommendations, the payback period is evaluated and the customer is provided with detailed follow-up actions to ensure identified savings are actually achieved.
